Riff-Raff – Dedication on the (Black) Sabbath

The late Roy Castle used to sing “Dedication’s what you need” – and these guys have it in spades.

Friday night started relatively quietly, but from the get-go Riff Raff ramped up the volume to 12 and kept it there. A slight change to the set-list with a bit more Sabbath than usual kept the crowds going, and no bad thing that. It was a storming night!

Even more kudos is due to the drummer who, if you look closely in the pics, was playing with a broken thumb – but he didn’t miss a beat.

See? Dedication. It’s what the best bands do.
